The Space:

Step inside and follow the open layout from the entrance into the kitchen, where ample cabinetry, generous counter space, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers make it easy to prepare breakfast or a meal before heading out. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating at the counter for casual meals, playing a quick game, or gathering around the kitchen. Just beyond, the living area offers cozy seating centered around a smart TV, with glass doors leading to the patio. A table and chairs provide an additional spot to enjoy a meal outdoors, read a book, or take in the neighborhood setting.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and monitoring the entry area.

• This home is a one level, second-floor walkup unit with 17 steps up required to reach the main entrance.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
