The Space:

Inside, you’ll find a dining area with a table for 4, offering a convenient place to enjoy meals together. Continue into the fully equipped kitchen, where generous counter space and essential appliances make preparing meals easy. Additional bar seating provides room for casual dining or conversation while cooking. Just beyond, the open-concept living area features plush seating, a smart TV with cable, and an indoor fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering space after a day of exploring Branson. Glass doors lead from the living area to the spacious balcony, where lounge seating creates an outdoor living space with scenic lake views. Spend time together, take in the scenery with a snack or drink at the bar-style railing, or dine alfresco while admiring the views.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and double vanity.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, balcony access, and an ensuite full bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, along with a double vanity.

• Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and monitoring the entrance area.

• This home is on one level and located on the fifth floor. Elevator access is available for guest convenience with no steps required.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
