THE SPACE



Captains Pointe offers the extra room that can be hard to find in a 2-bedroom condo. At approximately 1,400 sq ft, there is plenty of space for couples, families or friends to relax without feeling crowded.



The open living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable and an electric fireplace. Sliding doors lead directly to the covered patio overlooking the golf course.



Step outside with your morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful view of Pointe Royale’s 1st fairway. The covered patio gives you a comfortable outdoor space to relax while still being just steps from the living room and primary suite.

The condo has two full bathrooms.



The primary ensuite features a walk-in shower and step-free access. The second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.



KITCHEN & DINING



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils.



Coffee lovers have both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker.



The dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen island.



WORK + CONVENIENCE



Need to get a little work done while you’re away? Captains Pointe includes a dedicated workspace and free WiFi.



You’ll also have a private in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays and family trips much easier.

Our guests may take advantage of the Pointe Royale Stay & Play rate.



The current guest rate is $60 per person for one round of 18 holes with a cart, compared with the regular rate of approximately $109.99.



Please let us know if you would like to use the Stay & Play program. Guests must call the golf course to reserve a tee time, and host confirmation of your reservation may be required.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES



• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

• Rental agreement and driver’s license required after booking

• No smoking

• No pets

• No parties



CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES



We do ask that the following check-out procedures be followed. These are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:



• Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during June through August.

• Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash should be taken to one of the blue dumpsters.

• Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

• Make sure ALL windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.

• Optional: If you have time, please start one load of towels. You only need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps tremendously with preparing the condo for the next guest.

• Leave the white amenity cards on the counter. Lost or missing amenity cards are charged at $20 per card to replace.

• Take one final look around for forgotten items such as phone chargers.

• Please make sure all remotes are returned to their designated rooms.
