I liked the location and appreciate the natural enhancement on the property. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I noticed one issue with the side door not locking in building 2; otherwise, everything was very good.

Our room smelled like mildew. The entire building smells like mildew. The shower in room 1330 felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Every step taken made a horrible cracking noise. (I’m 110lb). The floors were sticky and the carpet as well! I honestly got to our room- looked at my husband and cried.

I apologize sincerely for your stay. We could have moved you to another room immediately or sent housekeeping up to your room right away as well. Please if that ever happens again let the front desk know right away and we can get you taken care of. I apologize again.

Convenient location with lots of parking. The room had a lot of cosmetic issues, looks like a recent update but definitely a hit and miss on things they fixed and things they didn’t fix. Room was next to door at the end of the hall and it was very noisy!!! Ladies cleaning the rooms weren’t friendly, too busy talking to each other in Spanish. Oh well, there’s a lot of other places to stay in Branson.

I like. A lot of hotels we've been to, but this 1 was 1 of the best Jacuzzi Across the room from the beds.

The stay was fine except 3 buildings and no front desk in 2 or 3. Their security was maintenance people who we only seems once in 3 days. There were 15 year old boys who were wild Friday night in the pool in building 3. Parents were outside drinking. People came to building 2 pool and hot tub to get away. Saturday night in building 2 pool and hot tub we had to put up with 3 adults acting worse then the teenagers. They were diving in throwing balls and just rude. They were fine getting the kids to act worse and lie. No security or supervision to be sure rules were followed. Just disappointed! Our room was fine and breakfast was great! Best I’ve had at a hotel where breakfast was included. Others complained about the noise but I didn’t notice. We went to have a relaxing weekend but was disappointed. Will not stay here next Branson visit

The room was smaller than the one we booked online, so they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite for free! We loved this place!

Dining facility and swimming pools. The dining room was too small to accommodate the number of guests. The swimming pools were not conveniently located close to all the properties, and we're small.

Property was okay at best. We were in town for one night for a competition. Staff was very friendly so they get a 10/10. However no staff present in our actual building. The building we were in had a pool and hot tub. THERE WAS A LEAKY PIPE ACTIVELY LEAKING INTO HOT TUB THROUGH LARGE HOLE IN THE CEILING. The amount of chlorine scent in the air burned your eyes and gave us a headache without getting in the water. When we got to our room there was hair in the tub and feces all down the front side of the toilet. Beds were advertised as pillow top without the comfy pillow top feel. Breakfast was the best part of our stay here.

We do have our maintenance check both of our pools and hot tubs every day and the chlorine levels to match the health dept standards. Thank you for your feedback and thank you for staying with us.

The reason we chose the hotel is it had a Jacuzzi pool, but they closed the only Jacuzzi that worked the other Jacuzzi the Jets did not work very disappointed

I liked the fact how convenient it was to get to my sisters place. I was not satisfied how loud it was all weekend and no one seemed to do anything about it. Also no parking when I would come back.

Ok place. A little worn. Could’ve been cleaner in shared areas. Room clean. Located Off the main drag a few blocks so nice for less traffic & quieter. Ample parking. Breakfast luke warm. Called front desk twice & no answer.
