Hôtel près du centre historique de Bratislava
Un hôtel d’un bon rapport qualité-prix sans plus. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans « cooking station ». Les chambres sont petites et le mobilier un peu défraîchi mais tout est propre.

Hôtel situé au cœur de Bratislava ! Confortable, propre propice à un séjour de rêve ! Comme cela a été le cas pour moi ! La literie était confortable le personnel discret et courtois ! Vivement que je retourne à Bratislava ! Au Crowne Plazza !!!

Hôtel bien situé mais personnel arrogant
Hôtel confortable et central. Malheureusement, certains personnels sont arrogants. Nous sommes en vacances, nous aimons traîner au bar du Lobby. Le personnel éteint la lumière avant même que nous ayons fini nos verres pour nous faire comprendre de partir! Par ailleurs: si nous mettons un peu de temps à choisir le menu au restaurant, le serveur fait une réflexion dans sa langue et s'en va. A l'étage, malgré la mention "Ne pas déranger", la femme de ménage frappe fort à la porte dès 8h du matin, crie "Housekeeping!" et entre carrément dans la chambre, me réveille en insistant, et me demande, en slovaque que je ne comprends pas, à quelle heure elle doit revenir pour faire la chambre!

Very disappointing breakfast
We were excited about our stay at the Crowne Plaza in Bratislava and ended up leaving disappointed... The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the Presidentiel Palace a few minutes away from the city's historic district. Check in was smooth. The room was nice although a little small. The bed was a tad too soft for us. The TV channels selection was extremely limited. Thankfully, we did not need A/C because it was very noisy. Our biggest disappointment came from the awful breakfast which is way too expensive to start with. The coffee was terrible, the breads were no good, there was little choice and the waiters were slow on cleaning up.

Nice hotel. No spa. You can find a better deal.
Nice hotel, centrally located. Room doesn't have a minibar or almost any appliances. Room service didn't have a selection either and was very expensive. Most importantly - the spa doesn't work (apparently for a few months already) while the advertisement says it does.

Well located hotel
Hotel well located for the Old Town. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Temperature in the room was too hot, even if the thermostat was turned down.

The staff was extremely professional, especially in the dining areas. A spectacular hotel and quite a surprise. Right across the plaza from the President's palace. A ten minute walk to the old town monuments.
