« The home was perfect in a beautiful quiet area. Plenty of room for 7 baby. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Owner was extremely helpful & responsive. We had an issue with the tv ( our fault) and she came right over to fix it. We also left something behind and she's arranged to get it back to us. « We booked Shannon's place because it had four bedrooms and would accommodate the whole family for my son's graduation from Baylor. It was a great place that was peaceful, quiet, and had nice views of the countryside. We loved all of the space and privacy. Originally, I was concerned that it might be too far out of Waco, but I was pleasantly surprised. « We had a great experience with this rental. The only thing we could think of as a slight negative is the lack of a box of Kleenex!! Great kitchen for making breakfast and a couple dinners. Plenty of comfy beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. Location was peaceful but not too far from town. We enjoyed the visiting deer. Would stay again and recommend it! »

« We stayed 1 night but enjoyed a gold cart ride thru a dirt bike track, a couple dips in the hot tubs, and played a few rounds of pickle ball. The shower was nice, huge tv and a comfy bed. The animals made it sweet »

« If you want an awesome weekend get away that isn't too far from your home, I highly highly recommend this place, especially with kids! My kids had so much fun paddle boarding, fishing, playing with the cows and other animals, chasing after the turkeys and peacocks, and playing with Bailey and Biscuit the farm dogs who are super friendly!
