Beautifully renovated townhouse. It felt brand new and very spacious. Location is perfect with a very short walk to snowflake lift and to main street.

Description and pictures are accurate. It was the perfect place for our family of 6. So nice to have the car in the garage. Along with great ski storage and boot dryer. Would definitely book here again.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s close to town and skiiing. It’s also only a 10 min drive to other activities in frisco. We definitely recommend staying here !

Great vacation spot

Great location - walkable to lifts and downtown. Beautiful remodel, way nicer than when we booked the place. Only suggestion would be to put towel racks/hooks in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great girls' weekend hiking and exploring Breckenridge! The unit slept the five of us comfortably and the different spaces around the house were nice.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

The townhome was just perfect. It was only three blocks to the lift, and a very quick walk to downtown. The location is ideal. The space in the townhome was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this rental!

The condo we rented was great! The kitchen is newly remodeled and very convenient. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was central and easily accessible. It was just what we were looking for. I highly recommend it!

Nice layout for two families. Well stocked kitchen. Close enough to walk a couple blocks to the ski lift. About a 10 minute walk to town.

Beautiful property and excellent location!

We loved it all! The townhome was beautifully appointed and you can't beat the location. We never even moved our car during our stay (having a 2-car garage was a nice bonus). Walked to the Snowflake lift in the mornings and skied right down 4 o'clock at the end of the day. We've stayed many places in Breck and this is a new favorite. Hope to book again next season!

Great place to stay for proximity to town and snowflake lift

Very nice place and love that we could walk to town and to snowflake lift. Get to snowflake early because it is a 2 person and the line can get big quick! At the end of the day the 4 o’clock run can take you to right across the street. Very cool last run.

A couple blocks up to snowflake lift A few blocks down to town Bus is readily available Parking garage isn’t big enough for two Trucks but works great for an suv and car A couple blocks to hot tub Everyone was comfortable with their own room thermostat Typical random collection of rental unit kitchenware, but has what you need. While I noted maintenance needs our last day, response was fast after our departure

Great location, Great Property Manager, Dated House

The location of this property is very convenient to the Snow Flake lift and a quick walk to Beaver Run area. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The house is a bit dated, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Some small investments would make it much better. Lights were not working, the toilet seat was broken, and the dishwasher didn't work (the property manager sent someone to repair it). We would stay here again but I can't rate it 5 stars given the issues.

Overall Nice Property and Location!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was very good overall! Beds were all fairly comfortable. The layout was alright very little families but nothing to complain about. It’s nice that you have a front patio and wooded area for kids to play in snow. It is right next to road so you need to be mindful of cars pulling in fast to alleyway. The house could use some updating and a “modern” touch in most areas. I would also suggest adding light fixtures in living room, and bedrooms. The entryway would be better suited to have more hanging and storage for coats and boots from skiing. It’s great location to lifts and downtown! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo.. we enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks!

Prime Location! Great stay!

For skiing it doesn't get much closer to ski in and ski out. You literally walk about 200ft to the chairlift. Love the actual wood burning fire place too. It helps with the ambiance of a ski chalet. Downtown Main St. is close as well. I would definitely book this place again next time I am entertaining a group of folks.
