The home is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the location is perfect. I would rent again if the maintenance concerns were addressed.
1. How satisfied would you say you were with the cleanliness of the unit?
The house was clean on the inside, but the outside needed more attention. There was broken glass, trash, and other debris that should be cleaned up.
2. Were there any maintenance concerns during your stay with Vacasa?
There were multiple maintenance concerns. First being the refrigerator. The door does not close; therefore, in order to keep our items cold, we had to prop a chair against it to keep the door shut. In the reviews for the home this was noted in March but has not been fixed. The hot tub was not in working order, but we were offered another option. The railing to the basement is loose, as well as, other trim in the home. The master bedroom bathtub spout is broken, and all of the showers do not drain while showering. The dishwasher is not installed/leveled correctly which made it nearly impossible to start.
3. Were these concerns addressed during your stay?
We were offered another option for the hot tub (community center). When I called about the refrigerator, I was told that maintenance would be out to look and fix the problem, but no one came.
4. Was there anything you feel was not mentioned or poorly advertised for your stay?
When we booked the home, the hot tub was one of the 'must haves' that we filtered our search of homes for. We would have never considered this home had we known it was nonfunctional. They should remove the photo and/or make sure renters are aware. We felt very mislead.
