It was a nice location and easy check in. The place was clean and all we needed for the 2 of us. My biggest complaint was the bed. It was terrible. We both ended up sleeping on the couch. I’ve seen several other complaints about the bed in other reviews but doesn’t seem to be a concern for the property management because it’s still terrible. Please replace the mattress.

We had a horrible stay at this place. We arrived at 9 pm and tried to find bed number 3 and 4. We only found two broken airmattresses. Our tall kids (14 and 15) had to sleep on them with no air. We could not reach office or manager. The next day Denise told us that she has already left Breckenridge and we have to spend another night on the broken mattress. This was unacceptable. If we had known about the mattresses we would not have booked this place. We came all the way from Germany and you treated us like garbage! We had one week of hard earned vacation! This is unacceptable!

Ski in-ski out as advertised however, the unit is un-loved by its owner. Broken cabinet drawers, missing refrigerator handle, four lightbulbs out, tv inoperable for first two days, old mattress that needed replacement three nights into the stay. Grey water backs up into tub when unit above uses plumbing. We departed a day early- couldn’t take it anymore. Building manager, Denise was as helpful as could be.

This is our second year staying in this unit. We love the amenities and location of the building. You can be on the lift after a 5 minute walk. The unit is very comfortable, however, a few items should be addressed: the small bed in the bedroom (a full), has a worn mattress, causing you to roll into the center. I reported the same issues last year: the broken towel rack in the bathroom, the missing refrigerator door handle and noisy bathroom fan last year. None of these items have been taken care of, which was disappointing. If I owned this unit, I would take better care of it. Regardless, we had a great time there.

Fantastic location & prompt response from property manager when there was an issue upon our arrival. The property had a lot of wear and tear that is not evident in the photos. We also had two couples staying and the listing said sleeps 4. We should have confirmed prior that meant people sleeping on a couch/air mattress and not a pull out couch.

Poor condition, no wifi, no 24/7 availability to address concerns even though it stated it was available, NOT beautifully remodeled as stated in VRBO ad and photos. Stairs outside, dangerous when wet, 3 flights ups even though they stated I was on the 2nd floor, inside had lots of broken items. Not as pictured or stated in VRBO ad, impossible to get any one to address my concerns, owner refused to communicate. Management company, Summit Vacations , not at all helpful. Stayed one night because it was so late. Moved to another lovely place the next morning. Owner refusing to refund the fee. Will continue to pursue the issue of refunding cost for all except one night. Last call with VRBO said they would work on the issues. I hope they can resolve this.

This property was in an excellent location (200 steps to the lift). However, this unit seems to get a lot of use and many small items have been ignored: the bed (double) is small and sagging in the middle. A queen bed would a better option for comfort for 2 adults. There is a broken towel rack in the bathroom, too few dishes in the kitchen, many of them chipped and no kitchen towels or pot holders. The leaking air bed mattress would lose a lot of air during the night. The small cubby unit in the hall has all the shelves falling out, making it unusable. The good part of this unit is it's location and charm. We did not care for Alexa giving information. We like written instructions/lists. The parking was tight some evenings, prompting us to call the management to ask where to park, but we never received a call back. Fortunately, we found a space. We had a great stay there, even if there were some inconveniences. Hopefully management will do a better job for the next guests.

Great location walking distance to Breck, comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen but needs one more frying pan, plenty of towels, loved windows open for the sound of the river off master bed room (but quiet with windows closed). But things that need attention are the bed that is still a taco (large dip in the middle), bed needs mattress protector, bathroom fan is quite loud and doesn't do the job. The biggest issue is that the bed is a queen not king as in the listing. We were disappointed as this was a big factor in our decision. Otherwise we had a very nice time

This place was ideal for getting on the slopes. Just 100 feet away from the snowflake lift. Easy on and off. The place is nice and pretty clean. Was perfect for my son and I. But if your going to do any cooking, bring you own pans. The was not much there. A few dishes and no fry pans. Had to cook everything in a big Dutch oven pan. That was a bit disappointing since we chose to eat in for most meals. But overall the place was good and would probably stay there again.

the proximity to lifts is good, but the condition of the interior is tired. there isn't a pull out couch, only a blow up mattress that deflated. the kitchen is poorly stocked with inadequate pans. I would have expected at least a few universal food items, like cooking oil and sugar, but the cupboards were bare.

Location was great. Bathroom was the cleanest bathroom out of any place I have stayed in. Place was very clean overall as well. Very nice as it was newly renovated. Only thing it could use is new sheets for the bedroom and a mattress pad cover. It didn't have one which was unusual.

Loved everything about our stay! This is absolutely the perfect location. It's a 10 second walk to the Snowflake lift and less then 10 mins walking into town. Check-in and check-out directions couldn't have been easier to follow. Absolutely recommend this property!!

Overall my wife and I had a great stay at the condo. Location is excellent, you can easily walk downtown or to the gondola. The condo was well furnished, especially the amount of towels was great as most places seem very limited but not here. A couple small issues. Fan in bathroom is LOUD, something is wrong with it. Bed could use being replaced as it is a "taco" you always end up in the middle. Overall we were very happy with the vrbo with the exception of the couple items listed above.

The unit looks great, to which I am assuming it was remodeled in recent years because everything is in great shape. The furniture, including bed, are in good shape and clean. It is a very short walk up Four O'clock Road to the Snowflake chairlift and it is right on the Four O'clock ski trail at the end of the day so you can ski right to the back of the building at the end of the day. There was a portable humidifier in the bedroom closet, which I used and it kept the place feeling very comfortable. It faces the Four O'clock road so there is only a very small view of mountains past other buildings, but it is still a relaxing view and environment. I never used the fireplace since I didn't really care about it, so I have no feedback on that but I noticed the pilot light was on indicating it probably works fine. If I was going to Breck again and needed a single bedroom condo, this would most likely be my choice again.

'really enjoyed the proximity to shops and restuarants (5 minute stroll down the hill), and to the Snowflake lift. The maintenance staff was efficient in responding to a small plumbing problem. 'only negatives were hauling stuff up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and that the ski run where Snowflake drops you off was a bit too challenging for my daughter. Overall, great condo for 2, or for 4 if you don't mind the close quarters.

Great location - at the end of the 4 o'clock run close to snowflake chair so very convenient. Also easy 5mins walk to main high street with shops cafes and restaurants. Good car parking out front. Living area view to road but nice sunny balcony on 2nd floor. Good gas fireplace and easy to control independent heating in each room. Well equipped kitchen - all working well. We had a great stay.

The condo is decorated perfectly and the bed is super comfy. The convenience to the snowflake chair is the best thing about this property. Walk right across the street and you're on a chair. Not having to deal with parking and the gondola is the absolutely best. The only negative is that since it's on the second floor you can hear footsteps etc from above. Nothing that was intolerable though. We will definerly stay here again!

Frustrated at the lack of grooming of stairs and walk ways. Also internet and cable was a joke. While being there for 5 days and it being cold outside that became a frustration toward the end of our stay. The condo it's self was adorable and very well keep and clean! Loved the coziness and feeling of cabin!!!
