This apartment has been decorated in a nautical style.
You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor that sleeps up to 4 people. Amenities: 1 bedroom with
a double bed, a living-dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped
kitchen area, shower/toilet, balcony, satellite color TV with Sky channels, free Wi-Fi,
and free use of the swimming pool in the resort’s leisure area! The sauna area, featuring various
temperatures, can be accessed with a chip (available for a fee at the front desk).
You can park your car for free in the underground parking space assigned to the apartment!

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily needs are also just a few minutes away.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, you can spend relaxing days in our on-site wellness area. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a perfect family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlets and toilet seat adapters for children are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space in the underground garage is available for your car. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
