« After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to. »

« The hotel is great, nice restaurant too.
However parking is not nice. This is in downtown so parking is an issue. No attached garage, and the public parking spots had broken glass and homeless people laying there which was unsettling.
We lucked out and found street parking in front of the hotel so it was easy to unload our luggage, and itâs free 8 pm to 8 am. If we had to park in the areas with all the broken glass I would have worried about my vehicle and not slept well.
Staff was helpful....
