They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. « Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, le petit déjeuner est convenable sans plus. La chambre est tres bien, seul bemol: la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, la cabine de douche est assez petite et la lumière qui se déclenche avec un détecteur de mouvement n'est pas pratique du tout. Mais globalement positive expérience. »

« Lovely hospitality, nice food, nice room and very friendly staff. It might be an idea to inform the chef that a poached egg is not served with a lot of water swilling round the toast, otherwise marvellous. Convenient location »

« Our room had a balcony/roof top area which was good. The bed was comfortable. The price was good and it was a good base, only 10 minute walk to Bridgnorth centre. Parking was available across the road at £4 for 24 hours. One of the chairs was partly broken in our roof top area and the wall mounting for the shower head was poor. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay and we were happy with our stay overall. We had a breakfast on our last morning which was very good. »

« Lovely comfortable room. We were able to check in early and given clear instructions to do this. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and it was excellent. We also had dinner the evening we arrived and really enjoyed the varied and interesting menu. »
