„We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend! ...

„The house was very clean and has more than the minimum of dishes and silverware. The dishwasher was broken but we were made aware of this and provided with a credit. The house is really well located and perfect for a family ski weekend. “

„Process was easy. Location was quiet. The “river access” was across the street and fine for launching a boat, but unsuitable for much else. “

The arcade and air hockey set-up in the basement was a hit for the kids.The only challenge was the set-up with the entrance into the kitchen and lack of mudroom. During ski season it's challenging to keep clean with the salt, snow and sand that gets tracked into the house.However, we would stay again and enjoyed the stay.“
