« The Royal Oak Inn is situated in a lovely area. It was easy for us to park. On arrival which was somewhat late, there was no one to look after us. I got the attention of someone in the kitchen who alerted the manager. We were given our room key and on arrival in the room I noticed that there was quite a bit of hair in the sink and some in the bathtub as well. I mentioned it to the manager and when we returned to our room after dinner, which was delicious, the hair in the sink was gone. The...

« The room was clean and self check-in was easy and as described in the mail. Bearing in mind the low price this is as expected. The only issue is that the property is signed 'Bridgewater Farm', not 'Bridge Farm'. There is a Bridge Farm down a small lane 5 minutes away so it took some time to find. »

« Équipe de jeunes très efficace, serviable et très sympathique (là quotidiennement jusque vers 17h) qui tient ce petit hôtel en bord de fleuve, entre la gare centrale de train et de la gare routière de Sophia garden. (10 min à pieds maximum chaque). Embarcadère de l’Aquabus proche également. Propreté impeccable et locaux neufs pour ce que j’ai constaté. The staff were excellent and the room was magical as was all the interior, I can only say wow and thank you for a lovely stay . The breakfast was superb and will definitely come back again .
