„A lovely stay in a cute old stable. Lovely provision of cereal, bread, butter, milk and coffee (including some for the cafetière for those like me who don’t drink instant). The fridge has a small freezer at the top which is great. The living room is double height and very comfy with underfloor heating, the bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine. The owners have really thought about the things you need when staying away in self-catered accommodation and it shows! 10/10“

„We stayed now on two occasions on our journeys north & south to Scotland. The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays.“

„Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 “

„Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back. „The property was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The house we were in was ideal for us. The house itself was really nicely finished, there was tons of space and it was in a beautiful setting. My young daughter really enjoyed going out to say hello to the chickens in the morning.“

„This was a lovely cottage for our Christmas break, perfect for 2 adults and a dog. Maintained to a high standard and catered for all our needs. We'd like to return in Spring/Summer to further explore the area. Owners were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. „8 of us came here to celebrate a joint birthday over a long weekend. The house was gorgeous, clean,spacious, beautiful surroundings and of course the amazing hot tub! Not criticism but helpful to know if you're planning a visit- take extra towels with you. They do provide towels and bathrobes but no washing machine facility, so after a hot tub dip you have to use the same towel the next morning. They provided us with a cake, loaf of bread and butter, which was great, but not many other pantry ...
