« We arrived at 23.30pm to be told they had no booking for us and the hotel was full! I showed them an email from hotels.com showing the booking was confirmed and paid in full. After 20 minutes and a lot of determination from my husband, they gave us a room booked to someone else whose card was not accepted! I hope those people didn't turn up looking for a room. »

« Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...
