« We have been to Sundance several times over many years, and this was our favorite rental. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and whimsically decorated, thoughtfully stocked and perfectly quiet and well situated. There is a lovely crystal clear hot tub directly adjacent to a rushing stream, a three burner propane Weber grill (grates absolutely clean), and a super comfortable bed. « This is the biggest little cabin! You can sense the history in every nook and cranny and it bring memories of the summer vacations of youth. Discoveries are to be had simply watching the stream a few short steps from the deck. Hummingbirds, butterflies and deer are here. Everything you could want for relaxation and a quick get-a-way or extended stay. »

« The River Song Cottage was perfect! I loved sitting on our patio and listen to the stream; it was so peaceful. The kitchen had every little gadget you would need for your stay. « Excellent condo. Great location and facilities. Pre check-in communication was weak but local support was fantastic. Would stay here every time. Better than most of the local high-end hotels especially the value for the expense. »
