« This is a great space for 10 people especially for teenagers. The downstairs space is ideal for giving kids there space. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our time here. I would recommend 4 wheel drive if you are coming during the snow season as the house is located at the bottom of a hill. They do plow the streets daily, but we had a couple of days that were uncertain as to how we would get out. »

« We enjoyed this house along with the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood and within 15 minutes of most of our activities. The house was very clean with a nice open area for the family to get together. We were not sure how we would like the location since it was outside of Park cavity, but it ended up working out great as it was halfway between Park City and Heber/Midway and just a few minutes from the interstate. « Overall we were very pleased. The home is very nice and the views are amazing. Very clean and close to town. A great place to unwind from our days of baseball and mountain biking. Just be careful with the driveway. It's a bit steep and might cause some issues for vehicles without high clearance. »

« All I needed was a bathroom, a bed and a place to ski. This house had all that and more. The house is about 30 minutes from skiing. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a couple minutes from the house. Would/will stay here again. »

« Wonderful stay! Almost hesitate to give a review because I know we will be back and would be sad if it’s not available. Great communication. No problems during our stay. House clean, plenty of rooms. Having plenty of games available at the house was a pleasant surprise. »

« Having more explanation on parking would have been helpful when checking in, but other than that we loved everything about our stay. We never had a pool code but someone at the condo that worked there gave one to us. The breakfast option was amazing! Everything was clean and well kept. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Newpark Resort, and loved the condo. My husband and 6 year old daughter and I shared the condo with my brother, and we had everything we needed. The bedroom layout was great, with a perfect little nook at the top of the stairs between bedrooms for my daughter to set up her own sleeping area.
