« We had great communication with the host. My granddaughter left a toy their and the mailed it back to us. Great customer service! The beds were comfortable and the space was wonderful for catching up with family. We had a fire outside and roasted marshmallows. We will definitely go back! »

« This was our second stay at Paradise Cottage (see our review from Oct, 2024). Our interactions with the host and crew were excellent before and during. We'll never stay anywhere else when coming to the area. As before, the place was perfect inside and out. And, as before, the location was perfect for our birding agenda - visiting Whitefish Point (added a nighttime owl banding event this time), Vermillion Point, and Preacher Road, plus added hikes at Clark Lake and McMahon Lake Preserve. »

« This place was truly paradise! The only categories that I gave a 4 instead of 5 was because when I'd ask a question through vrbo, it did not get to the property manager. Once he emailed me, we were able to communicate but if I put a message in the app, it went unanswered. And I was given two different codes for the lock so when I got there I was eaten alive by mosquitos while I tried to work a combination that was incorrect.
