Hot Water: The home is fitted with a standard residential hot water system. For larger groups, we recommend keeping showers to a reasonable length and staggering shower times where possible. Consecutive long showers may temporarily reduce the available hot water until the system has had time to reheat.

Please note the property is located close to entertainment precincts, Suncorp Stadium and major transport routes, so some environmental or road noise may occasionally be experienced, particularly during busy event periods.

Game Day: Temporary road closures and traffic management measures may be in place on event days. Guests arriving during these times may encounter access checkpoints and should allow extra travel time.

The whole property is available for guest use.

• Additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required beyond standard turnover preparation.

🔑 Keys & Remotes

• Lost keys or garage remotes incur a $100 replacement fee

🍖 BBQ & Checkout Expectations

• BBQ must be cleaned after use ($50 cleaning charge may apply if left excessively dirty)
• Please place rubbish in outside bins before departure
• Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before check-out
• Return moved furniture to its original position
• Switch off lights, air conditioning and small appliances before departure
