Relaxing waterfront property with own jetty and magnificent views

Situated in a quiet secluded area this fabulous waterfront home features a private jetty and 2 separate living areas sleeping up to 9 guests. Enjoy the great water views while relaxing on the front verandah, fish from your own rock wall. Enjoy a beer or wine while you watch our lovely sunsets and at night under the flood light, watch the dolphins feeding and playing right in front of the jetty.

The front house offers 2 bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 4 guests with 1 x Queen and a twin single (which can be converted to a kind bed if requested). For comfort during the warmer months the open plan living/kitchen area is air-conditioned and the house is fully screened. The living area offers a colour TV, DVD player and a large L-shape leather lounge. The spacious kitchen is fitted with an electric stove, microwave and two large fridges. With two covered outdoor entertainment areas, the large front deck overlooks the the grassed lawn out to the blue waters of Moreton Bay. The rear deck offers a large picnic table to accommodate outdoor dining located close to the gas BBQ.

Behind the house is an air conditioned bungalow that can accommodate another 5 guests with a Queen bedroom off the living area. Another bathroom/toilet is accessed off the Twin Single bedroom (with trundle bed if needed). The rear yard is securely fenced & pet friendly (strictly outside).

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
