« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée.
Hôtel très sympa.
Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« this stay has been absolutely unacceptable. The room is unbearably hot, and the air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it shuts off. On top of that, doors keep slamming and people are yelling and cussing in the hallway.
I paid for a comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. I’m here for work, and I have only about six hours to rest. Instead, I’m considering sleeping in my truck because I can’t get any peace in the room I paid for. That is ridiculous.
This is my first stay with you,...

« Waited a while at front desk as no one was there to check us in. Once there, they were very friendly and helpful. I heard another guest complain that their door wouldn't close and lock. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. They did give both of us different rooms. The shower in new room was dirty. The carpet wasn't clean. No hair dryer. Not too bad, just not good. »
