« The staff were very polite and attentive. Our dog was welcomed. The few unexpected downfalls include.. One, the elevators only had one working so we used the stairs to go to our 7th floor room since there were long wait times w other guests. Two, the indoor pool that my kids were excited to use was closed for maintenance. Three, at 10:50 pm they started shampooing the hallway carpet outside our room because the room across the way flooded? Then the fire alarm blasted at 8 am because someone...
