We made the best out of this cabin, but we felt the photos were misleading. It is a pretty cabin and there are games, but we ran into a few hiccups. Upon check in, we dropped an ice cube on the floor and used a paper towel to wipe it up. It was then that we realized how filthy dirty the floors were. We contacted the property manager and the next day, the owner of the cleaning company came and mopped and helped change some dead and strobing light bulbs in the living room. She admitted the mop water was filthy and would be dealing with the person who last cleaned it. She was wonderful and very helpful. Other things that fell below our expectations was an absolutely filthy air filter, mold floating in the coffee pot water, dust and cheeto-finger covered bed sheets on the bunk beds, broken border lights in the bunk room that had looked cool in the online photos, a broken tetherball that bummed my kids out, a bedroom remote with no power or volume buttons (that was fun trying to figure out how to turn the tv off since it was on when we arrived), and above all else, broken box springs on our bed that creaked at the volume of a freight train every time you moved or breathed. It really ruined the comfort of the house and left us "ready to go home". We stayed in this cabin with 3 generations for a Christmas trip and still made wonderful memories. The place has potential, but the upkeep is seriously lacking.
