There are several access points to a large wrap-around, covered outdoor patio where you can experience the natural beauty while surrounded by mature pine trees everywhere you look. -GOOD TO KNOW-



A signed rental agreement, a state-issued photo ID, and a $300 security hold are required for all VRBO and direct bookings. The hold is placed 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after checkout if there are no damages. Please review our House Rules before booking.



-KITCHEN + DINING + LIVING ROOM-



The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with bar stools and stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect place to cook a meal to be enjoyed by all. We offer coffee lovers a 12-cup coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, and a single-serve Keurig. The living area has large windows and a beautiful seasonal indoor gas fireplace (October 1 to March 31) as the focal point of this great space. There is a 65-inch smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. In the living room, you will find a comfy sectional sofa and chair with plenty of room for everyone to relax, catch up, or play games with the kids! Large windows throughout this space help to bring the outside in and create an inviting, open space.



-COVERED PATIO-



The cabin's 1,000 sq ft covered patio can be enjoyed year-round. It has several seating areas, including a lounge area with a 55" smart TV, an outdoor gas fireplace (seasonal, October 1 to March 31), and a 6-person hot tub. A few steps down from the deck, you'll find a Weber propane outdoor grill and a custom fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows for s'mores, late-night conversations, and star gazing. Kids ages 4 to 12 will enjoy the climbing dome and playground or exploring nature with our nature hunt boxes. At the same time, the whole family can enjoy a Towerball tournament.

Adults are 18 and older. Please list everyone 17 and under as children when booking.



-BEDROOM 1-



King-sized bed, blackout shades, 42" smart TV, desk + chair, luggage rack, nightstands, ceiling fan, Dohm white noise machine, USB charging docks, and a spa-inspired private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a gorgeous walk-in rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub.



-BEDROOM 2-



King-sized bed, blackout shades, 42" smart TV, nightstands, large closet, ceiling fan, Dohm white noise machine, USB charging docks built into the lamps, and a bench should you need somewhere to sit or extra luggage storage. This bedroom shares a full bathroom in the hall with the bunk room.



-BUNK ROOM-



Two bunk beds (4 twin mattresses), 42" smart TV, blackout shade, large closet with a built-in bench, a constellation night light, portable fan, and a Dohm white noise machine. The top bunks are for children 6 and older only, one child per bunk, with a 100 lb weight limit. We also include a variety of toys, including Lincoln Logs, Little People, LEGO DUPLOS, and children's books for bedtime. There are also two bean bag chairs for lounging or reading.

-ADDITIONAL INFO-



Beyond Pines is ideal for one or two families. Occupancy is 8 guests, with a max of 6 adults, or 4 adults if kids are on the reservation, because the top bunks are rated for 100 lbs and are for kids 6 and older. Children under 2 don't count toward occupancy. The limit of 8 includes everyone on the property, day or night, so no day visitors.



No pets or animals of any kind are permitted, including service and assistance animals, due to the owner's medical needs and personal use of the space. Please choose another property if you need to bring an animal. Bringing an animal will result in a $500 fine and eviction without a refund.



Early check-in and late checkout are not available. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM.
