LAYOUT
Walk into the open concept living/dining area from the front door. The living room has ample seating, a custom fireplace, 65 in ROKU smart TV and wall to wall windows with unobstructed mountain views. The kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, is also on the main level and boasts a large island with bar seating for 6 and additional indoor dining at our dining table. One primary bedroom with spa-like ensuite, the laundry closet and a half bathroom are located on the main floor. Walk downstairs to find the twin bunk landing with wall arcade, primary king bedroom 2 with second spa-like ensuite bathroom and sliding glass door access to the large lower "game" deck.

We encourage guests to stop at one of the grocery stores nearby to acquire additional items.

LOCATION
The Legend of Broken Bow is located in the ultra luxe community of Carter Mountain West and is a short drive from Hochatown. Hochatown is an area slightly north of Broken Bow and is filled with many new restaurants, shops and activities. You CAN'T MISS the cabin! It's the one with THREE life-sized dinosaurs out front. APPLE MAPS does not work, you must use Google Maps or Waze for the proper directions to find the cabin.

ITEMS TO NOTE
**Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Rental agreement will be emailed to the email on file**
*Must provide valid photo ID to prove minimum age of 23.
**A $500 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. This hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure (if no damages are reported) and must be placed on a credit card, not a debit card. Please note: we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez in order to safely and securely take security deposits. This is Airbnb approved.**
*No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
*Guests should report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow host the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
*We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 11 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour.
*Motion activated security cameras are present onsite, located at the front door entry and driveway. They record video and audio 24/7 for the security of the property. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside. Tampering with the cameras will result in a maintenance fee of $50 and visit from our security team.
*We are proud to offer you the cleanest stay possible and have quilts washed after every guest.
*Copies of photo ID are required to verify 23 minimum age and identity.
*4wd vehicles are recommended for seasons with elevated risk of freezing temperatures, sleet or snow
*This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed).
*The area is known for wasp swarms. At this time, we are treating outdoors WEEKLY for wasps.
*We diligently strive to provide listed amenities to our guests but there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening. All amenities may not be available at all times.
*Guests must walk up exterior stairs and onto deck in order to reach the first floor.
*A "starter pack" of trashbags, papertowels/toiletpaper, coffee, soap, starter fire wood, etc. is provided for your convenience. We encourage guests to be prepared to bring additional items, as needed.
*The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time night of check in for water to heat. Standing/sitting on the hot tub cover will result in a $500 replacement charge. Please keep hot tub covered to prevent damage.
*Top bunk has a weight limit of 140 lbs, bottom bunk has a weight limit of 250 lbs. Bunks are ideal for adolescents and children.
