The house was absolutely amazing. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed all of the amenities. They had tubes and kayaks for the river. The kids loved the hot tub and fire pit. Thereâs plenty of board games to play with the family. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor was modern and beautiful. We grilled several times and had everything we needed. The area was very secluded so it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!
This will be an excellent place to stay once the development is finished. The tubes provided by the property were great for floating in the river. The house was perfect!
While this is a beautiful home with access to the river, we were scheduled to stay here during a massive storm. Before leaving, I asked the property manager about safety/evacuation routes (and mentioned that I was 9 mos pregnant), she replied "It should all be good." Well, the power went out 2 hours after we got there, the roads were washed out in places, and there was absolutely nothing in the house to deal with an emergency situation (no flashlights, candles, extra water, nothing). All of this should have been communicated so we could have made a safer decision. While the power came back on the next day, we were trapped there that night and could not have left in a medical emergency given the state of the unpaved roads. The disregard for our safety will be the reason we rent somewhere else.
This house is fantastic! Beautiful, peaceful, fully stocked with everything you need. We had the best time and will most definitely be coming back. The river is beautiful and our 17 yo boys loved kayaking and fishing. They played golf both days at Cedar Creek and had a wonderful time. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. All around it was a blast. Plenty of room and very comfortable stay.
This was perfect for our family quick trip. We had 9 adults and two littles and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was beautiful and in a cute new community. The community is still being built but there was a playground and multiple access points to get down to the river. 10/10 would recommend and we are already planning our next trip. Loved it!
The cabin its self was very pretty and comfy! Although the drive to the cabin was a surprise but it is a work in the upcoming years ! It was nice to see deers and hogs around. The sound of the river was enjoyable to sit on the back and listen to
We rented this cabin to honor our mother's spirit on her first birthday in angel form. Seeking a serene and peaceful environment, we found this cabin to be everything we hoped for and more. It had all the essentials, with every detail thoughtfully arranged by the owner, making our stay truly relaxing. While the community is still developing, our experience couldnât have been more perfect. Nestled right by the lake, it offered the tranquility we neededâfree from the congestion of crowded areas. This location allowed us to unplug and be off the grid, which was exactly what we were looking for.Thank you for providing such a beautiful and meaningful space!
We came in January to finish our holidays with our teen kids. The house was gorgeous and was situated right on a riverfront which was beautiful. It was a little too chilly to enjoy water sports but it would be excellent when it is a little warmer. There is a review that mentioned helpful things to bring such a shampoo/conditioner/soap and paper towels but I agree that it was otherwise fully stocked. The only drawback was that the resort is still under construction and therefore the road is unpaved and there are features that are yet unavailable. It is also about 20 minutes from Hochatown which is where a lot of the activities are. This is not necessarily bad, just good to know.
We stayed at River Run with our family over Thanksgiving! The home was lovely, we played ping pong, cornhole, sat in the hot tub, made Sâmores at the fire pit and enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch every morning!
It was great to be off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy nearby activities as well!
We were a group of moms getting away for the weekend. Even though we didnât have any children with us it was still nice to see features for kids at this cabin (pack and play, games, extra blankets). One thing that really mattered to us was that each room had a door There are no sleeping spaces with open air lofts or anything with lots of noise transfer). Our host was responsive with WiFi and fireplace usage questions. The deck was perfect with the rocking chairs and outdoor fireplace. A wonderful spot to spend a fall afternoon!
The house is a 10/10. Very comfortable with a huge porch! Right on the Mountain Fork River just far enough east of Broken Bow to be secluded. It is in a new neighborhood so there was construction noise next door, even on Saturday. Hopefully those houses will be complete soon. Use Google or Waze maps - Apple Maps has the wrong location. There is a train at the Tyson mill that can block Red Arrow Rd, if so use Box Turtle Rd. There is also a very sweet cat that hangs around on the patio and insists on being snuggled. Bring soap and shampoo, conditioner and extra paper towels - everything else was well stocked.
We had an amazing stay but have a few suggestions to improve the property for future guests. I will email those. We enjoyed the kayaks, the beautiful flowing river, the hot tub, the wonderful well-stocked kitchen, and the outdoor spaces!
