My husband and I, four of our adult children, and our 19-month-old grandbaby stayed at Dog Point Pond and absolutely loved it. The pictures online are beautiful, but the home is even more stunning in person. It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need; the kitchen is genuinely gourmet, making meals a pleasure. The patio area is peaceful and beautifully done—perfect for morning coffee and evening unwinds. We were there over Labor Day weekend, so the area was heavily populated and a little noisy at night, which is understandable for the holiday. We did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi-enabled front door, but Vacana responded promptly and resolved it without hassle. Overall, a gorgeous, well-equipped retreat that comfortably fit our multigenerational group—we’d gladly book again.
