Perfect Thanksgiving gathering!

Our family had a wonderful time at Yes, Please celebrating Thanksgiving! The house was perfect - the giant main room was perfect and we had plenty of space. Every bedroom has a bathroom which is wonderful. The kitchen was beautiful and so well organized and stocked. Lovely back patio with plenty of seating and fireplace!

Great Set Up!

We stayed here for Spring Break with 6 kids and 6 adults and felt there was more than enough space and the layout was great! We loved the hot tub and even though it rained, the outdoor deck was awesome. We did run into a few issues, the living room fireplace wasn’t working and neither was the air hockey table, then the neighborhood internet went out and was unfortunate. They had property managers in and out to assist with the issues.

There was plenty of room and the kids never complained about being bored. Everyone loved the outdoor projector. The adults enjoyed time around the fire pit and the kids enjoyed the games and swingset. The whole group agreed that our stay should become a yearly tradition.

The house was the perfect size and the amenities were exceptional. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and had high end appliances, the family room area had lots of seating and was well suited for watching TV or playing games (which they had plenty of), the outdoor area was great...we got to watch Christmas movies all day and night on the projector and the fire pit area was also a favorite. The host was great and responded quickly whenever we had questions.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very nice and a great size for the family. But it was very obvious that it hadn't been cleaned between guest. The A/C went out the first night (not the owner's fault) repair didn't show and repair until the next evening and with 100+ degree days this was very uncomfortable. Management did comp us 2 extra day stay but we still were staying in a nice but dirty cabin.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, my mom and I had to clean the stove top and microwave cause there was food on and in them. The ice machine had mold in it. The master bedroom closet was infested with ants. As I was cooking the next morning I kill roaches in the kitchen. I definitely didn’t expect that. There only was enough laundry detergent to wash one load of towels. There were only two or three towels in each room so we had to go out and buy more detergent. My family did have a good time with spending time together but was a little disappointed with the cabin.

AMAZING

What an amazing experience. My brothers and I hadn’t got a chance to get our families together for vacation until this year. This house has more than enough room. The outside projector, air hockey table and jacuzzi were big hits. This house is done beautifully. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for a family get-together.

The great room was a good place for the family to meet together and the kitchen was fully furnished and easy to use. Our kids loved the air hockey and x box but our best times were at the falls in the park and boating on the lake. Great location! Thank you!

Great stay in Broken Bow

We had a wonderful time at this property. Location cant be beat and the house is phenomenal! Only bummer was the AV projector on the outside deck is not currently available. Was looking forward to some outdoor movie nights with the kiddos. But no biggie at all and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Broken Bow !
