Double charged the refundable deposit. Stove top didn’t work only oven did which totally put a wrench in our cooking plans requiring us to eat out for meals. Was told someone would come fix stove but didn’t. Instructions out dated. Was instructed to start a load of towels but no washing machine, start dishwasher but no dishwasher on property, hall trash off but no location to take trash( we took home with us) but charged cleaning fee. Property had wasp inside the cabin and no wasp spray . Bring extra towels and any basic items need as nothing is provide other than absolute bare minimum. Property was cute and would be nice if some basic amenities were provided as well as all lights checked/appliances dusted to ensure they worked and were clean. Would have appreciated if host would have handled the stove issue. Host also turns phone off at 7pm so if emergency with property happens you will be on your own. Host response is minimal and once you check out he will not respond to text or Vrbo messages at all. For this reason our twice yearly visits to the area will not be booked with this host again.
