« Very nice hotel, nice design and very nice stay experience. In the casino however, I changed up 400-500 in 20’s like 2 times for $100’s from my business, as I am working from out of town for an event…the 3rd time they tried to ID me and refused to change a measly $400 in 20’s, at a casino no less, as if I was the cartel trying to launder money. I know they aren’t really accustomed to people actually taking money out of a casino…..but it was somewhat offensive for a customer staying in...

« The staff were kind enough to listen to our concerns and get me in contact with the property owner. Our room was DIRTY, this includes urine in the toilet, hair that didn't belong to us on the floor and around the sink area, the toilet seat look like it had been scratched up by cats to the point you could see the metal lines in it, our tv on the wall was dirty, the microwave was dirty, they have this window seat with a cushion on it, IT WAS FIFLTY, the drawers up under them was dirty, If I needed...

« We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account....

« It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good. »
