Auberges à Bromsgrove

« L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un •••. Il est désuet et très mal isolé. Nous avons gelé au mois de juillet. Chambre bruyante au dessus des cuisines. Contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans le descriptif l’hôtel n’a pas fe parking. Soit le par’ing est gratuit mais c’est dans la rue!!! Restaurant très moyen…. »

« Hôtel plein de charme, pas de doute on est bien en Angleterre. Seul gros bémol, l’isolation de la fenêtre de ma chambre qui donnait sur la rue. Impossible de dormir après 4h du matin avec le passage des voitures. »

« Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...

« Nice comfortable, clean rooms with great beds. Would benefit from having water in the room and a continental breakfast choice. »

« Clean and staff super friendly. We booked a room which didn’t go through but staff managed to find us a room thankfully. It’s cheap and cheerful which is what I paid for. No complaints »
