« The staff and hotel overall were great. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Great location. It would be better not to advertise as âbreakfast includedâ âbreakfastâ was really not breakfast it was snacks. Coffee was good but there was no decaf. »

« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadnât chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently thatâs not part of the hotelâs policy.
Regarding the room, it unfortunately didnât smell good, there were stains on the walls, and everything felt quite old. We even had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves, as we didnât...
