« This rental is in walking distance of the beach and some excellent restaurants. The owner has taken the time to create an easy to navigate link that answers any question you could have. The unit was clean and was even stocked with coffee and filters, shampoo and conditioner, and a hair dryer! It’s a great place to stay. »

« Wonderful place and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this for a family with kids. The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but...

« Cute home in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The key pad lock at the front door is malfunctioning. We discovered that when the code is entered the lock moves a bit, but not enough to clear completely to allow the door to open. Thank you for having a back up plan in place. »

« Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

« First off, the unbeatable location: This property is located about 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance from the main street and lots of good restaurants. Secondly, the house itself is lovely with great amenities including a fenced-in yard for the pooch and laundry facilities. Last but not least, the owner/host is wonderful, attentive and kind. We (three adults and a GSD) had the best time celebrating a birthday, will definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again! »
