« DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an extra hundo AFTER THE FACT for a pet fee even though I disclosed at check in that my service animal was with me. I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE »

« Everything was clean, well decorated. The rooftop hot tub was a little more public than we were hoping for but once it got dark out it was fine.
It wasn't a big deal to have to strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take the garbage out to the dumpster, but for the price paid you'd think that would be included...or at the bare minimum this requirement should be listed BEFORE booking, rather than in the list of rules/requirements you receive after booking.
