„The outside of the property was grown up and needed cutting. The railing on the steps was loose. Thankfully it was only a few steps. The back deck was nice in that it overlooked the river, but the flooring was very dirty, and there were spiderwebs and such everywhere. „What a great place to stay while visiting the Southern end of the Smokey Mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and the hot tub on the deck. The room was lovely, but a little bit smaller than we anticipated, but we had all the room we needed. It's quite close to town, but far enough out to have total privacy, especially since it's at the dead end.
