"The check-in time was 2 pm and we reached there at 9 pm. We were tired and wanted to sleep. There was no drinking water and we had to ask for it. I wanted to wash my face and neither soap nor towel were there. Again, I had to ask for it and they filled up soap and shampoo in the dispenser. Usually ..."
