Nous avons passé 3 jours a Buena Park Hotel & Suites c’etait sympa, les chambres sont bien, le personnel est sympa, ya le petit dej le matin c’est simple mais suffisant c’est assez bien situé, il y a outback steak house juste a côté puis target a 3min. il y a beaucoup de Tahitien, je recommande 😊

I liked that many things were at a walking distance. I disliked the smell left in room and room wasn’t cleaned good. Sheets looked old/ dirty. Was hoping for a better experience.

My husband and I arrived early to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. We let the desk know, they did change the shower head. The next morning still no hot water? The bath towels are small, cheap. We did let the desk know about the cold water again. I found it poor customer service, that they didn’t adjust our bill, due to the above issues. I wouldn’t recommend the property!

The walls were maybe made of paper? They were so thin you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. The walls were dirty, the couch looked like you wouldn't want to sit on it, the toilet barely flushed, the water pressure was bad. I would never stay here again. However, the location was good and the little interaction we had with the staff was good, too.

Trash overflowing on ground and around trash cans. Noisy. Looked nice until you walk the property. Especially by the pool area. I think people are living here. Clothes hanging outside.

I liked the fact that there is always security at night. It feels safe close to freeways and walking distance from Knotts. Great food all round restaurant

Very low shower pressure due to some weird outlet on the bottom of the tub spout. Furniture looked pretty old and worn, but the lobby was absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly nice and polite, and their proximity to things to do in the area is perfect

Water didn’t get warm in the shower. Same for Pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was atrocious. There’s also no phone # to be found to contact the front desk, couldn’t even find a direct line online
