The building has 24-hour security at the entrance — prior to arrival, our team will reach out to collect your ID documentation for registration, as required by the building. The apartment features a smart lock; your access code is shared in advance. Check-in is fully contactless: no coordination needed, arrive at your own pace. Our team is always available should anything come up.

Ground floor: open-plan living and dining room with access to a private balcony with BBQ grill and garden views, fully equipped integrated kitchen, laundry area and guest toilet. Upper level: one double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi and shower, one twin bedroom and a full bathroom. Sofa bed available for a 6th guest. Building amenities for registered guests: pool, gym and laundry room.

Avenida Figueroa Alcorta connects directly to the city's main arteries. Multiple bus lines run along the avenue. The Scalabrini Ortiz and Palermo subway stations (Line D) are reachable by a short ride. Taxis and rideshare are available around the clock. The neighborhood is also highly walkable — most of Palermo and Recoleta's highlights are within comfortable walking distance.
