The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect. WiFi doesn't work. On my reservation it's was specifiy that I should pay at the hotel at the check in but I was badly surprise to saw that the hotel took the paiement on my credit card before my arrival. And it was a chance that I decided to check on my card before because When I check in the Lady ask me for the paiement again, so if I didin't check my card before I paid twice for the room. She did'nt know the paiement was took earlier and she can told me why when I asked. La chambre était bien et propre. L'hôtel était très bien situé pour nos besoin. Le WiFi ne fonctionne pas. Sur ma réservation il était spécifié que le paiement ce faisait à l'hôtel à mon arrivé mais j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de m'apercevoir avant mon arrivée que le paiement avait été prit sur ma carte de crédit. Une chance que j'ai eu le réflexe de vérifier car à mon arrivé à l'hôtel, la dame à la réception m'a demander le paiement de ma chambre ne sachant pas qu'il avait déjà été prit. C'est donc une chance que j'aille vérifié avant car j'aurais payé ma chambre 2 fois. Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi le paiement avait été prit en avance, on a pas pu me répondre.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The floor and bathtub were not so clean. The evening desk clerk and morning check-out clerks were very friendly and helpful. However, in the background at checkout I could see and hear a not-so quiet conversation between the owner/manager and a maintenance person. It should have taken place behind closed doors and not at the front of the motel office.

Was what we needed for a quick overnight stay. We awoke to a puddle on the floor under the heating cooling unit but otherwise was clean and adequate.

Property is a little run down but the location to the stadium is convenient. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that this hotel did not triple its price for an event like most other hotels in the area. If you are looking for a place to rest and your expectations are not too high, you are good to stay here. Beds were comfy, linens were clean. Next time I would bring my own bath towels as they could use some new ones. I would stay here again.

Room 432 was absolutely disgusting. Switched us to a new room which is a step up but still very dingy, stinky, etc.

The room had a heavy smell of cigarettes when we first opened the door. There were ashes on the table between the beds. The covers had burn holes in them. The sheets and mattress had stains on them. There was dirt and play dough on the floor. There was an even in the area making it very hard to find a room. I spent a lot of money to stay in this room and was not happy. The lady at the front desk was polite and kind.

It was a really busy weekend, but the staff was positive, friendly, and welcoming. The only real negative was that there was a lingering cat pee smell in the room.

I think they should do a deep cleaning in the rooms, everything else is fine, just to go to sleep after having walked all day.

部屋は広くてゆったりしていた。ベッドも大きくて気持ちよかった。一部に床が汚れているとの口コミがあったがそんなことはなかった。但し、絨毯ではないし、土足で入るところなので、見た目は綺麗だったがそれなりに汚れているはず。 難点はWIFIが繋がりにくいこと。フロントでは多少繋がりやすかったので、急ぎの時はフロント傍ののテーブル席でPCを使用した。

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in good shape. The only downside was that we weren’t able to get more pillows or blankets. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and we would go again.

It’s a motel 6 if you’re expecting luxury you’re in the wrong spot. However the room was clean, it’s in a convenient spot, everything worked in the room and that’s all I needed for the night. If I was to be picky… I wish the tv was bigger and that there was a fridge in the room, but if you need a simple place to stay for the night it’s a good spot. There’s food close by, there’s a Walmart near by and it’s quiet.

Our room was extremely dirty, hair in the showers and a used bar of soap. The bed was clearly sat on and had with stained sheets, we slept on our jackets after arriving at night from out of town. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and refunded us as we checked out bright and early the first night instead of continuing our stay for a total of three nights. Don’t cheap out if you are visiting to see a bills game, spend the extra bit of money and stay at the holiday express or elsewhere.

Room was very cold when we arrived, took a while to warm up. Also the floor looked clean, but turned our feet black when walking barefoot. Overall we would stay there again, but the two issues above should be addressed going forward.

Miserable Stay
The floor was dirty and there was no carpet . The room was 20 Degrees when we entered and it took almost an hour to heat the room to 50.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, water pressure was good for shower, fridge was cold, small unit but did the job. Little drafty around the windows and door. Didnt help with blizzard conditions during Steeler/Buffalo weekend. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Overall a pleasant stay.
