« We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house! »

« This house is something you’d see in a movie or someone’s dream home. Absolutely beautiful property and incredible location! Owner was marvelous and very accommodating. Also the stars at night are breathe taking! »

« Everything was exactly the way it was described and pictures were on point. The house was so clean and smelt fresh. Beds were comfortable and all the living room was as well. Perfect location to the marina to put our boat in. And only 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The host answered any questions we had in a fast manner. No issues checking in. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back. »

« We had the most relaxing weekend at this amazing property! It was close to everything we wanted to do but felt like our own personal private retreat. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower was great! The goal of our weekend away was relaxation and our evenings sitting on the porch were perfect to meet that goal. We’d love to stay here again and plan to in the future! »

« The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet. »

« Our host, Sarah, was excellent and always available to answer questions. The location of the home is close to the water and downtown Wilmington. All necessities were available to make the stay great. We would definitely stay there again! »

« Exactly as described in the listing. More essential amenities than many VRBOs we have stayed in including kitchen supplies, coffee, linens, shampoo/soap etc. Visiting family loved the theatre room! Kathryn was always easy to communicate with.We plan to stay here again or next door at her other property when we come to visit family. »

"La vue rivière est vraiment plaisante. La chambre est propre, confortable. Le petit déjeûner simple mais varié. La salle pour le prendre avec 3 tables est ridiculement petite, risque de prendre celui-ci debout."

"Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le lit était très confortable tout comme le canapé. La vue de la chambre sur le riverfront était incroyable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent (vous pouvez créer votre propre omelette qui sera préparée devant vous!). La piscine est également magnifique avec une température de l’eau parfaite. Le meilleur hôtel où nous sommes allés! "
