« Located in a fantastic area of Lake Cumberland, this house is lovely, peaceful, and quiet. There aren't many commercial businesses nearby, so we recommend coming prepared. However, a nice general store is just a mile down the road and serves a family favorite soft serve ice cream! The location was also ideal because our family members who RV camp were able to stay at a campground within walking distance. Although we had a rainy weekend, the covered porch served as an excellent gathering space...

« Our host was a great communicator. He responded very quickly to any questions. The house has some beautiful hand made furniture and features that make it unique. Very nice kitchen and updated bathrooms. Great deck for enjoying nice evening or grilling on new outdoor grill. Close to town for restaurants or shopping. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the cleanliness. Which was caused by previous guest not following check out instructions. I would recommend this place if visiting the area. »
