We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. « It was a great house, comfortable and fit our needs. The host was very responsive and so easy to deal with. Very friendly. The biggest issue keeping me from giving a 5 star review is the parking situation. The policy of only 2 cars at the unit makes sense during peak season but even though there were so many vacancies closer to us, we were not allowed to park even close to our unit. Overflow parking is not remotely close enough to walk to and it was a burden to shuttle people back and forth....
