Hotel Caba

« Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. »

« Very clean, with kind, welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere. The music played outdoor breaks this feeling a bit. Beach is next door, with security staff always watching over, and while downtown is rather far the tricycle comes fast enough after a call from the lobby. »

« The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and had several options for each meal. The location was very close to Wright Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Gardens. All must see destinations. »

« We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect. »

« Beautiful property near downtown Baguio. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Best coffee I had during my Philippine visit. Walkable to Mines View and also downtown or easy access to a Grab if prefer to ride. Room was very clean. Beds are hard, so just be aware of that if that would be an issue. Would definitely stay again. Love the area. »

« We were greeted nicely when we arrived. However, the room we had on our first night was very disappointing. The shower drain didn’t drain properly, so it flooded in the washroom. It took the staff 10 minutes just to get all the water down the drain (if this is an issue to you, avoid Room 307). This next issue made me furious. As I was about to get in bed after taking a shower, I lifted the duvet and found a thumbtack facing up. I immediately took pictures of it (attached to this review). I...

« The location was fantastic and the outside area is truly beautiful, though the grass could use a bit more attention and landscaping. However, the room itself is in need of a major upgrade, particularly the bathroom, which felt quite dated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. »

« There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can. »

« A little distant from main city hub but the room is luxurious and spacious, wonderful bathroom! Breakfast buffet was disappointing, not a lot of variety and food was not delicious. »

« Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up - »
