The open-floor layout connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen so everyone stays together. Settle into the sitting room after a beach day and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals — coffee maker for sunrise brews, blender for tropical drinks, and a dining table that seats four, plus two more spots at the breakfast bar.

Head to the community pool when you want a quick dip without the sand, or fire up the BBQ and gather around the outdoor dining table for an evening meal under the palms. The condo is on a single level with a private entrance and lockbox for easy self check-in. Free parking is right on the premises, and the in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light. Air conditioning keeps things cool, and there's a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on email. A high chair is available upon request for families with little ones. Note that this unit does not have Wi-Fi, and pets are welcome for a fee. The gated community and attentive hosts make this a stress-free base for your Puerto Rico adventure.

Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- The building does not have an elevator.

- This unit does NOT have WiFi.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:
