Two dining areas create plenty of room for breakfast by the windows, sunset dinners, or late night conversations.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces during their stay. For check in, our team will personally meet you at the property and coordinate key handoff to ensure a smooth arrival.

Pedregal is a scenic coastal area set between hillside and shoreline, known for Pacific views, quiet residential streets and access to beaches, the marina, dining, shops and landmarks like El Arco nearby



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport, SJD, is the nearest major airport, about 29 to 30 miles from Cabo San Lucas, with driving time varying by time of day. Parking includes three assigned spaces, free onsite parking and free street parking



Other Things to Note:

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book.

- A government-issued ID is required at check-in and may be requested again during the stay for identity verification.

- Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property—no unregistered visitors.

- Pets are strictly prohibited inside the unit, in all common areas, and in the pool, jacuzzi, and grill areas.

- Trash must be taken out daily and disposed of in the designated bins located in the hallway. Use tightly sealed bags and do not leave garbage in corridors, walkways, or stairs.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home.

- Recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Smoking is not allowed in the pool, jacuzzi, or grill areas.

- Violation of smoking or drug policies will result in a $300 USD penalty.

- Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed, especially after 10:00 PM.

- Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- Walking through common areas under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.

- Fighting, aggressive behavior, insults, and offensive language are not tolerated in any area.

- Use of external speakers is not allowed in pool or jacuzzi areas; headphones are recommended.

- Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.

- Diving into the pool is not permitted.

- Glass containers and plates are prohibited in the pool and jacuzzi areas.

- Be courteous and respectful to all employees and residents.

- Guests must clean and properly maintain the grill area after use.

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

- Extra cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in poor condition.

- All furniture and facilities must be used with care, keeping cleanliness and order.

- Drive slowly and carefully within the complex.

- The management reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these rules. Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible party.
