« This has been one of the best properties I’ve stayed in many years. It had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 11 adults in their late 20s. We hired the cook that made us breakfast two days and it was delicious. Something that was very nice to have were the golf cart, surf boards, and beach umbrellas and chairs.We will definitely come back to this property!!! »

« Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  cette maison pendant 5 jours. Nous Ă©tions 9 personnes ( 4 adultes et 5 enfants). Il y avait amplement d'espaces pour tous. En gĂ©nĂ©ral, nous avons trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  la Casa Kalumina. Nous avons apprĂ©cier la proximitĂ© de la Playa Grande et la tranquilitĂ© du secteur. Le tout Ă©tait bien entretenu. L'eau de la piscine Ă©tait clair et bien entretenu. La personne qui s'occupait de nous Ă©tait trĂšs facile Ă  rejoindre et l'ensemble de nos questions ou requĂȘtes ont Ă©tĂ©...

« Villa Niuri is an amazing place to have a vacation. The views are amazing and even better than in the pictures! The Villa far surpassed our expectations. The grounds of Reserva Conchal are very clean and safe. Samantha, Fabiola and Ricardo are awesome! Samantha took care of all our needs. They are great cooks! Waking up to daily cooked breakfast was very nice! This vacation was by far one of the best!!! »

« A piece of paradise! We had a great visit and would recommend this home to others. A nice and comfortable rental in an A location. Having daily house keeping, pool towel and chair service and the onsite bartender made the stay feel like a resort visit. »

It had everything we needed and was the perfect location to enjoy Reserva Conchal and all of its amenities plus explore Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero and Tamarindo Beaches as well other excursions ! The Rental company was wonderful to work with and so communicative and helpful! It would be a dream to return to this home! »

« Overall we loved our stay. It was a family trip and we had a group of 17 people ranging in ages from 11-78. The location was fabulous. The beach was wonderful and very accessible from the property.
