This oroperty us lovely. Our room 102 was large and very well appointed. MAJOR ISSUE was the noise. And all my years of traveling and believe me I've traveled a lot this was the noisiest hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life bar none. We stayed there on a Saturday and Sunday and Sunday night the shouting and yelling from the hotel bar below and the Gin bar across the street kept us up till 3:00 a.m.. we thought Sunday might be better but the Gin bar across the street was full of drunks and they stayed up till past 1:00 a.m.. unfortunately. I think they need to improve the thickness of their glass to block out the sound although if they just hadn't allowed people to come into the outer lobby of the hotel from the bar that might have helped and the sound would not have traveled up the stairwell.
I spilled water in our bathroom and used the shower mat to clean up. It was almost black. Perhaps a good scour of the floor is due?
The staff was very helpful and as I saud property is nice and well located to old town. We paid a lot for 2 nights of awful sleep.
