« If someone want to live near to beach that will be good choice in budget. The property is old. Swimming pool is not much bigger than can see in photos and It is just 2 feet deeper. Caretaker is nice guy. One most important thing is they installed cameras in living room and lobby area of rooms. If this is private villa than it suppose to be not install camera inside the villa. Apart of this, budget and near to calangute beach this will be recommended. »
