„This could be one of the best condos in Canmore with beautiful mountain views and a spacious suite. Unfortunately the suite was not properly cleaned with dishes in the cupboard having caked-on-food, the underside of the bed full of dust bunnies an a piece of cutlery and food and crumbs on the floor. The furniture needs to be replaced as it is not as shown on the site and is not comfortable for sitting in its current state.“

„Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!“

„The stay was good. The king bed was nice the pillows were a bit too hard. The view is of the mountains and there is a balcony to sit and have coffee if you like. There is an electric fireplace in the room. The room runs hot and you can’t really adjust the heat, it does seem preset. There is a light on the balcony that stays on all night, I think it’s on a timer. The breakfast has all you need hot and cold. The eggs, potatoes and waffles were great! „nice place, pool temp was extra warm as well as hot tub was decent size and very hot , I like that. Staff were nice, coming in after school and seeing their table of hot chocolate and homemade cookies was a treat ! I would book again ! “
